Feasibility StudyOnce the brief is agreed, the project team completes a space planning study. By combining computer aided design technology with the personal experiences of Madison and client staff a range of potential design options can be provided. Generally, these options are made available to the client within just a few days of agreeing the project brief. |

Project Implementation and ManagementOnce the final design has been agreed and 'frozen', the project team is formally established under the day to day control of a projects Manager. Special care is taken by a Projects Director to ensure that the team has all the necessary resources for the project to be successfully completed on time and within budget. |
