The task was simple. Refurbish the 5 floors of Tolworth Tower in London including the relocation of 350 people, from 5 locations over 6 weekends. This is what Cable and Wireless required and it was exactly what Madison was able to deliver. Following this, Madison have completed work at Cable and Wireless sites in Brighton, Derby, Leatherhead, Liverpool and Manchester. The value of contracts to date is: £1,250,000 |

Chubb required a full refurbishment before moving to their new Northern Head Office in Manchester. Madison were able to assist in this development by providing a number of practical solutions. Following this we were asked to refurbish their branch outlets. Included within this was a first floor refurbishment of the prestigious Price Waterhouse building 'Cornwall Court' in Birmingham.
